In other words, don’t worry about non-competes unless the employee is a cofounder, majority stakeholder, or figurehead of the company.

I just found a pair of original Boulder ones, also Medium, and they are wider, 1/2 and inch shorter and the nubbins are much more pronounced, as described. My feet still fit, but I can touch the toe end much easier than in the Canadian pair. And after wearing the Boulder pair, it doesn’t even feel like there are nubbins at all in the Canadian pair. I think I still prefer Canada shoes.

I also think it is ridiculous that a shoe called medium 8-9 can be different in size by that much (or more is sounds like).
